We provide global shipping services for prefab container houses and modular building products. Our goods can be delivered to most countries and regions worldwide, including Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Europe, and America. We support both port-to-port and door-to-port shipping solutions according to customer requirements.
Shipping Method All container house products are shipped by sea freight as standard transportation. Products are disassembled and packed in bulk to save shipping space and reduce customers’ logistics costs. For small accessories, we support air freight or express delivery upon special requests.
Production & Shipping Lead Time Standard prefab container houses take 7–15 working days for production. Customized sizes, colors, layouts and special material requirements will take 15–25 working days. After production completion, goods will be arranged for shipment within 3–7 working days based on vessel schedules.
Shipping Cost The shipping fee is not included in the product unit price. Freight cost depends on order quantity, product volume, destination port and shipping season. We will provide an accurate freight quotation after confirming your delivery address and order details.
Cargo Loading & Packaging All modular container house components are strictly packaged and fixed before shipment to prevent deformation, scratch and damage during long-distance transportation. Professional container loading team ensures safe and stable loading for sea transportation.
Shipping Documents We will provide complete shipping documents including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and product inspection reports to support customers’ customs clearance. Other customized certification documents can be provided upon request.
Delivery Delay We guarantee stable production and delivery schedules. Delivery delays may occur due to force majeure factors such as bad weather, port congestion, and international shipping schedule adjustments. We will actively communicate and update the latest shipping status in real time.
Damaged & Lost Goods We strictly inspect all products before shipment. Once goods leave our factory, ocean transportation risks shall be borne by the customer. We suggest customers purchase shipping insurance. We will provide full cooperation for claim settlement if any transportation problems occur.
